4th Course: Ribeye of Pork, raspberry, and rosemary demi glacé, wilted spinach, prospect potatoes

Join us on January 4th, 2025, for a spectacular 4-course Crimson Creek Vertical Lunch—an unforgettable experience of food and wine pairing. Hosted by owner and winemaker JW Ray, this event will showcase four vintages of the award-winning Crimson Creek, including exclusive library vintages, thoughtfully paired with each course. Every pairing has been meticulously designed to complement the menu, creating a truly immersive culinary experience. Please note that due to the intricacy of these pairings, menu substitutions will not be available. Don’t miss this opportunity to delight your palate with this rare vertical tasting!
