JOLO will be offering this Cuvee Tasting Experience multiple days through out the year. It will include a flight of 5 different wines with 4 food pairings for five of the wines. The menu will be posted below.

We recommend to all members to arrive 15 minutes prior to this event to allow time to be seated before the event begins.

Citron Tuna Sashimi- kimchi cucumbers and Asian citrus sauce

2nd Course: 

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad- mixed green salad, shaved onion, beets, lemon caper vinaigrette

Beef Loin- served with a red wine demi-glace, pommes puree, haricot vert
