JOLO Winery & Vineyards Presents: The Greensboro Opera
David Holley, General and Artistic Director of Greensboro Opera, is putting together professional singers to serenade and entertain you in a fine dining dinner event hosted by JOLO Winery and EndPosts restaurant on Friday, November 29th from 6:30PM-8:30PM. The dinner will include a 4-course plated meal with wine pairings and operatic entertainment.
Tickets: $135 per person + tax and gratuity (The total ticket cost will be $171.45). This is a pre-ticketed event. Due to limited seating, these tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
Location: JOLO Winery & Vineyards in the event center.
Time: Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30PM on Friday, November 29th, 2024 so we suggest arriving about 30 minutes prior.

Seating: Seating for this event will be 'wedding style' with 8 people per table. If you have someone specific that you would like to sit with please email carrie@jolovineyards.com prior to the event. Otherwise, we will place you with other guests who are joining the event.
1st Course:
Crab Cake atop sweet corn succotash and spicy red pepper remoulade

2nd Course:
Butternut Squash Bisque with pecan and walnut gremolata and marshmallow brulee
Paired with: Golden Hallows Reserve
3rd Course:
Herb Crusted Salmon with a fire-roasted tomato beurre blanc and beetroot risotto with gorgonzola and seasonal vegetables
Paired with: Library Wine Cabernet Franc

Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin with an apple brandy demi-glace with beetroot risotto with gorgonzola and seasonal vegetables
Paired with: Crimson Creek
4th Course:
Mascarpone cheese-filled crepe with bananas foster sauce
