Join us for an exclusive lunch event hosted by owner and winemaker, JW Ray, as he guides you through a journey of the fan-favorite JOLOTAGE Vertical. Each pairing has been meticulously crafted to complement the unique character of each vintage, ensuring a perfect harmony of flavors. Please note that due to the thoughtful nature of these pairings, no menu substitutions will be available. Seating will be arranged in an intimate 'wedding style' setting with 8 seats per table. If you have seating preferences, kindly email jerryann@jolovineyards.com before the event.

Menu:

1st Course: Eggplant Rollatini- herb-breaded and fried eggplant slices, stuffed with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan with a tomato, garlic, caper, and onion sauce 

Paired with 2107 JOLOTAGE

2nd Course: Creamy Seasonal Mushroom Ragu- thyme, garlic, gremolata, crusty baguette

Paired with 2019 JOLOTAGE

3 Course: Fettuccini Bolognese- rustic meat and red wine tomato sauce, parmesan 

Paired with 2022 JOLOTAGE

4th Course: Filet of Beef- truffle demi-glace, oven-roasted herbed potatoes, vegetable medley 

Paired with 2023 JOLOTAGE
