NATIONAL ROSE DAY FLIGHT
National Rose Day is on June 10th, 2023.
JOLO will be hosting a food and Rose flight to celebrate!

Where: JOLO Winery and Vineyards- in the Event Center
When: June 10th 2023
Time: 3:00PM-5:00PM (We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the event)
Ticket Cost: NON-REFUNDABLE $79.00 per person ($100.33 after tax and gratuity) 
Seating: Wedding Style- 8 people per table, pre-assigned
Menu:

1st Course: Salmon Tartar- fresh and smoked salmon, Dijon, red onions, capers, cornichons, charred baguette 

Paired with 2022 JOLO Twinkles

2nd Course: Goat Cheese Provencal- goat cheese covered with olive oil, lemon, tomato, caper, onion, garlic, and basil, served with crostini  

Paired with 2020 JOLO PINK

3rd Course: Alla Nerano- zucchini, tomato, red pepper flakes, anchovies, basil 

Paired with 2019 JOLO PINK

4th Course: Eggplant Rollatini- eggplant, ricotta, mozzarella, marinara, capers, tomato, onions 

Paired with 2022 JOLO PINK
