Annual Vintner's Reserve Club Dinner
Party of 2 invitation to a private annual dinner with other Vintner's Reserve Club (VRC) members hosted by JW and Kristen Ray.
This private dinner will be hosted in the JOLO Event Center. I will be held on October 11th, 2024 beginning at 6:30PM. We do recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to allow time to be seated before the event start time.
Menu:
1st Course: Lobster Bisque- créme fraiche, sherry reduction, butter, poached lobster meat
2nd Course: Roasted Quail Breast- butternut squash purée, cranberry gastrique, pickled watermelon radish, fried brussel sprout leaves
3rd Course: Roasted Lamb Rack- braised cipollini onion, red wine reduction, fried risotto cake, wilted arugula
4th Course: Rosemary Baked Brie- pistachio brittle, apricot coulis, pancetta crisp
5th Course: Herb, Crusted Black Bass- leek and potato au gratin, black truffle and pea purée, tobiko caviar, cherry tomatoes, citrus oil
6th Course: Traditional Cannolis- bourbon caramel reduction, candied blueberries, shaved white chocolate
