Butternut squash ravioli, sage, brown butter cream sauce
Paired with Golden Hallows Reserve

Beef bourguignon, roasted root vegetables, pommes puree
Paired with JOLOTAGE Reserve

Coq Au Vin- wine braised chicken, wine and dijon sauce, root vegetables, served with pommes puree
