Jolo Winery & Vineyards Presents: "Thursday Night Wine Flight Dinners"
Fine Dining Experience at JOLO that includes a 4-course food and wine dinner with JOLO's Brand Ambassador, Levi Banks, explaining the pairings for the night. There will be seating available in JOLO's main dining room, in the tastng room at a chef's counter, or at the long bistro bars in the tasting room. Please be sure you buy your ticket based on where you would like to be seated. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to the event to allow adequate time to be seated for dinner to begin promptly at 6PM.
There will be a set menu that JW and chefs have prepared and took time to make sure that each food and wine pairing is perfect. Substitutions or alterations on courses will not be allowed. Refunds will not be offered after purchasing a ticket.
$125 per person + tax and gratuity
$135 per person + tax and gratuity for Chefs Counter
Paired with 2021 Beach Bubbles- Escarraet of Haddock, marinated peppers, onion, parsley, garlic, Aji
Paired with 2018 Crimson Creek (Library Wine)- Pappardelle Duck Confit, marsala cream sauce
3rd Course: A Choice of One
Paired with 2019 Golden Hallows Reserve (Library Wine)- Spinach, crab, cheese stuffed Atlantic Flounder, potato gratin, baked tomato
Paired with Muddy Paws- Cheese Course, bleu cheese, taleggio, gruyere
