The Crimson Creek Vertical will be on Saturday, May 14th, 2022. The event will begin promptly at 11:30AM and will end at 1:30PM. This event is pre-ticketed and will be held in our new event center at JOLO Winery & Vineyards. There will be limited seats available and the tickets will be non-refundable. The vertical will include a four-course food pairing with 4 vintages of JOLO's Crimson Creek -- 2016, 2018, 2019, 2021.
The chefs at JOLO have teamed up with owner and wine maker, JW Ray, to carefully plan and evaluate each wine and the course that is paired with it. Time is taken to ensure that the food and wine pairings that you receive at the Tour De Vin Dinner compliment each other exquisitely. Due to this extensive time and care that is taken in planning the menu, there will be no substitutions available for any course.
$129 per person + tax and gratuity. The total charge will be $161.25 per person.

Hoisin Duck Confit- kimchi cucumbers and soy noodles

Rosemary Brined Pork Ribeye- plum sauce, smashed fried potato and herb gremolata

Coq Au Vin- pommes puree and haricot vert
Wine Pairing: 2021 Crimson Creek
