2nd Course: A Choice of One
Paired with 2021 Crimson Creek- Creamy wild mushroom and arugula puff pastry with marjoram gremolata
OR
Paired with Golden Hallows- Deconstructed Caesar Salad- Mediterranean anchovies and Parmesan crisp
3rd Course: A Choice of One
Paired with 2021 JOLOTAGE- Grilled Argentinian Style Beef Loin- Aji sauce, gruyere cheese, smashed potatoes, fire toasted tomatoes, eggplant and garlic

Paired with JOLO Pink- Chilean Sea Bass- thai chili and basil sauce, wilted bok choy and orange potatoes
4th Course:
Paired with Happy Endings- Individual Key Lime Pie- berry coulis and whipped cream
