Pilot Fog Vertical Tasting April 9 2022

The menu for the Pilot Fog Vertical will offer:
$129 per person + tax and gratuity

1st Course: 

Wild mushroom puff-pastry tart with gruyere cheese and parsley gremolata 
Wine Pairing: 2016 Pilot Fog

2nd Course: 

Beef Carpaccio - arugula, parmesan cheese, onions, tomatoes, capers, lemon, EVOO
Wine Pairing: 2017 Pilot Fog  

3rd Course:

Stuffed Roasted Eggplant- herbed ground lamb, ricotta and goat cheese with an herb béchamel 
Wine Pairing: 2019 Pilot Fog

4th Course: 

3 Cheese Plate - Prima Donna, Fontina, Tete de Moine served with whole grain mustard, nuts, tomato jam 
Wine Pairing: 2018 Pilot Fog
