2023 will mark the fourth bottling of JOLOTAGE Reserve.

This fourth bottling of JOLOTAGE Reserve represents the very best JOLOTAGE blend that we feel exemplifies the nuances and complexities of our prior releases. This is a combination of extended barrel aging and a blending of different vintages to create a one of a kind JOLOTAGE. This wine slowly reveals itself with layers of red fruit, leather, iron, and tobacco. The resonant palate sings with strawberry jam, herbs, and spices that give way to a well-balanced and structured, finish of tantalizing acidity and firm, but polished tannins.

Varietal: 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc, 27% Merlot, 5% Chambourcin

Harvested: Various days in 2019-2022
