1st Course: Jamon Serrano, Manchego, fig jam, olives, baguette, basil, tomato confit, garlic 

Paired With: Solera 3 Muddy Paws

2nd Course: Pork Pâté, bacon, pistachio, mixed greens, raisins, walnuts, honey Dijon dressing, crostinis

Paired With: Solera 4 Muddy Paws

3rd Course: Filet of beef, bleu cheese cream sauce, caramelized onions, mushrooms, mashed potato

Paired With: Solera 5 Muddy Paws

This is JOLO's first ever Muddy Paws Vertical! Tickets are sure to sell out quickly so get yours before they do! Seating for the event will be 'wedding style' with 8 people per table. If you have someone specific that you would like to sit with, please email jerryann@jolovineyards.com. 

Due to the thoughtful planning of each curated dish, perfectly paired with Muddy Paws, no menu substitutions will be available.
